Sportz Interactive worked with the franchise to design and implement a real-time cart recovery strategy using a combination of push notifications, in-app pop-ups, and WhatsApp messaging.

The first step was to analyze the user journey in detail—identifying the exact drop-off points and potential reasons for abandonment. WhatsApp messages for opted-in users, offering one-tap access to resume checkout
Tailored incentives introduced at later touchpoints, such as limited-time discounts
Messaging aligned with brand tone, and player associations

All campaigns were automated and optimized for timing backed by data, ensuring high intent was captured while it was still relevant.
