Naveen started Sportz Interactive in 2002 from quintessentially humble beginnings. From a small office operating out of a garage in Andheri to the beautifully done up 'sporty' interiors of their Royal Palms office, Sportz Interactive under Naveen's leadership has come a long way. A great passion for all things sport and a drive to innovate have been the platform of his dream. One of the most striking features of Naveen as a CEO is his vision.

Since 2002, Naveen has been at the helm of Sportz Interactive guiding it at every step of its fascinating journey. Being a hands-on boss, he enjoys the unstinting support of his team and the goodwill of his growing clientele. A people's person, he has invested in young talent and helped build many fledgling careers.

His work is his life and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Sanket has been with Sportz Interactive since its inception. Starting as a Junior Web Developer with SIDS and then with Sportz Interactive, Sanket has been involved with every little facet -- right from scoring in his early days to heading the development team at present. His key responsibilities include data capture, delivery, mining and presentation, along with taking care of back end infrastructure.

A workaholic and ever punctual, you will find Sanket in the office on most days (and nights). Under his astute leadership, he has a team of fresh and experienced programmers who create outstanding products day in and day out.

Sanket's dream is to be at an awards ceremony where Sportz Interactive wins the award for an outstanding product in the business of sport. He hopes to take off on a Caribbean holiday and also plans on starting a restaurant someday.

Danielle started life at Sportz Interactive donning multiple roles. Currently, she takes care of the front end aspects of various projects and new product development in Flash. A voracious appetite for R&D and a passion for innovation have led Dan (as she is called) to build some of the most exciting applications in sport content.

Being the only woman at Sportz Interactive for a long time, Dan is happy to see an increase in the female population at work and hopes the trend continues.

Her love for adventure is evident in her experiences of scuba diving, parasailing, jet skiing and sand-boarding. She hopes to go bungee jumping and sky diving soon. Dan is a complete music and movie buff. And seeing the world is high on her agenda.

Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemistry) from Mumbai University and also a Diploma in Computer Science.

To be juggling many balls in the air and not drop any of them is no mean task. But Kabir makes its look terribly easy. Kabir started out in 1999 with SIDS as Web Executive of Corporate Projects. Soon, he displayed great skills in administration and client servicing to cement his place as one of the key people in Sportz Interactive.

In his current role, he looks after finance, vendor management and key client liaisons. He's the happiest when a day at the office runs smoothly without any hiccups.

Kabir's dream for the company is for it to grow into a global leader in sports content and data.

He would love to go trekking around India , which he considers the most beautiful of all countries. And he also wouldn't mind setting the streets ablaze behind the wheel of a Porsche 911.
